  • Custom Orders: Minimum order quantities for custom orders vary (30-50 pieces depending on style).

  • Pack Sizes: Packs consist of 10 pieces. If you do not add 10 pieces to your cart, your order will be canceled.

  • No Sample Orders: We do not accept sample orders.

3. Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders of $500 or more.

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping is available only within the U.S. at this time.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns: We do not accept returns unless the items are defective or damaged.

  • Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
