At Luxa Wholesale, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Please note that we only accept returns for damaged or defective products.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on any orders including custom or special orders.
Luxa Wholesale Inc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. If after contacting UPS or USPS you require further assistance regarding locating your order, feel free to contact us at sales@luxawholesale.com and our customer service team will gladly assist you.
**In the unfortunate event your package is lost, the customer is expected to first resolve the issue with the shipping courier. Once resolved, we will not issue any monetary refunds or store credits. Your package will be reshipped with the original contents of the order placed.**
